I am a qualified and experienced coach who is passionate about individuals achieving their goals and reaching their potential, whether it be in their personal lives or in their work.  

Throughout my career as a senior executive in the Education sector, I have had a passion for helping many people in the workplace, as well as students of all ages and backgrounds, achieve their individual goals. This also includes refugees and asylum seekers from different parts of the world, who have overcome horrific circumstances to get a better life for themselves and their families and who have moved forward in their lives with dignity and grace.  

I have observed the resilience and tenacity of people who have overcome many obstacles and barriers to reach their potential. On the other hand, I have seen people falter at the smallest challenge and not be able to move beyond it.  

I have always been curious why some people can make positive, deep-lasting changes that transform their lives and yet others can’t seem to get beyond the first hurdle.  

Over 20 years ago, I became interested in the self-development field and then consciously began my own journey of self-development and growth, re-engineering the way I live my life. I have done lots of research and study as well as reflection on the human experience and untapped potential that we all have. Throughout this time, I have coached many different people, both in the workplace and privately.
